  • Seller verification data (identity documents, contact information) may be shared with law enforcement
  • We never share seller information directly with customers or other users
  • All legal proceedings are conducted through proper channels with authorities
  • We maintain records of all verification data for legal compliance and fraud prevention

Payment Protection & Escrow Data

For transactions processed through our escrow system:

  • Payment information is securely processed and held for 48 hours
  • Transaction details are shared with our conflict resolution panel when disputes arise
  • Payment records are maintained for legal compliance and dispute resolution
  • We do not store full payment card details on our servers
  • Escrow transaction data may be shared with legal authorities if required

Data Retention
